This game is so ancient (and apparently obscure enough) that it's nigh impossible to find any info
online about it, so you'll have to live with my description:

This is a game for
children to learn more about various types of common North American birds.  A helpful park ranger-type character gives
the player basic information about the bird's habitat.  The player then must select the correct habitat and go wait for
the bird to appear to snap its photo.  Other birds may appear first, so they need to know what the bird looks like that
they're trying to look for.  Once the photo is taken, there is more information about the bird to explore.  Kids will
particularly enjoy the hidden events in each habitat (e.g. clicking on a tree might cause a flying squirrel to swoop
from one tree to the next, or leaves to change colors, etc.).  I had a blast with this when I was young (great for the
7-11 age range, who probably won't care that the game doesn't have the newest graphics as long as it's fun).

WARNING:  This game requires specific installation instructions, or it will not work!

I'll
spare you the extremely ancient instruction list (which has the user inserting the CD before starting up Windows,
lol--did I mention that this was released in 1995 and requires MS-DOS 3.1 or higher as well as Windows 3.1 or higher?),
but the relevant part is here:

You need to open a command line, type D:SETUP (where D represents the letter
of the drive the game image is in, whether real or virtual) and hit enter.  Then just follow the instructions to finish
installing it.

Note it'll try to install a really ancient version of QuickTime (likely unnecessary as newer
versions should handle videos made with older versions) and a font (necessary).

In case you're
wondering--this runs just fine on an XP box.  Have not tested on any newer versions of Windows, nor in a virtual
machine.  Please comment with your results if you try it in one of those configurations.
